JOE HOWELL


We are very saddened to announce the passing of Joe Howell on February 3, 2026,
after a long illness and many health challenges. His colleagues here at Federal
past and present, his many friends and his family will miss him greatly.

Joe's Memorial Gathering will be Sunday, March 15th, 2026 at
2pm at the Omni Parker House Hotel in the Press Room.
All who knew Joe are welcome to attend.
