2021 Tornatore Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco
Pietrarizzo Bianco is Tornatore’s top bottling of the native grape of Carricante, an age-worthy, medium-weighted, mineral-rich wine with pronounced spice and herbal aromas. The wine can be heady and intoxicating with a symphony of fruits, textures and seamless structure make for a tremendously balanced wine that is simply irresistible.
Aroma: Captivating notes of citrus blossoms, spiced herbal tea, cantaloupe, peach, and tangerine. Mouth: Light, silky, and supple, mineral, sun-drenched citrus and stone fruit with the perfect touch of salinity and acid for an impeccable finish. Excellent-Outstanding
