Bob Foley is one of our favorite Napa winemakers. Starting at Heitz in the late 70s, he became the founding winemaker at Markham Vineyards, whose reputation he built for 15 years. Later, he created some of Napa’s most notable Cabs at Pride Mountain, Switchback Ridge, and Hourglass. Bob began his own Robert Foley Vineyards in 1998. It is his main focus now.
Bob is as personable and warm in person as are his wines on the palate. Thei precision and accessibility will be matched by Chef William Kovel 's fine menu.
