Pristine, dry, and crisp with an elegant streak of minerality that brings intensity and balance you don’t typically find with other Prosecco wines.
This single-vineyard wine drinks more like a premier pru champagne. This is due to the vineyard's higher elevation, steep slopes, and clay-calcareous soils, where the vines thrive, and the fruit produced is exceptional.
The other factor takes place in the winery. Although Adami uses autoclave tanks like other prosecco wines, like champagne, they have the wine undergo a second fermentation to create delicate mousse and effervescence. The result is an exquisite & stunning Prosecco with no perceivable sweetness and unparalleled texture and minerality.
Aroma: Dried wild flowers, crushed green apple, fresh cut ginger, kiwi, and lemon basil. Mouth: Lemon zest, apricot, bitter almond, crushed stone minerality, vibrant acidity, and a persistent dry finish. Excellent $29.99, Case $25.99
